About me
As a Flute Instructor, Kelly graduated with a Masters of Music Degree in Flute Performance and a Bachelor of Music Degree in Flute Performance. Kelly has seventeen years of performance experience (solo, orchestral, chamber). She has performed in the renowned Carnegie Hall in New York as the principal flutist with her orchestra as well as hosting numerous personal recitals. She has also taken master classes with world famous musicians such as Michael Hazel from the Berlin Philharmonic and Donna Shin from University of Washington.
Kelly has seven years of extensive teaching experience especially in helping her students with the ABRSM grade exams as well as auditioning for the Bellevue Youth Symphony orchestra and the Seattle Youth Symphony orchestra. Kelly is a teacher who not only goes beyond her ways to helps her students with their musical development but also cares about their wellbeing as a whole.
